Thomas built both himself and I a desktop computer (each) not too long ago (okay, it’s probably been a good month), and I’ve recently gotten around to finalising everything I need to happily Photoshop away on this computer. The biggest perk: I’m finally able to sync my Google Drive folders (which amount to over 1 TB of data considering all the high resolution pictures I’ve taken on my 5D mark II) meaning I can now easily browse through everything I need on my computer and not just have to get what I need from the internet – a really slow and tedious process that meant I’ve really slacked on photos in the past.
Practically speaking, this means I can finally go through and edit all my favourite pictures and start dumping them on here – something I’ve been wanting to do for years.
First thing I had to start with: these gorgeous photos of Avery standing on the window sill of our room back when we were living at my grandmother’s. Have been thinking about these pictures for ages – as each time I wonder if I have any images that essentially represent the epitome of Avery, these are the first that come to mind.
Legit, what a stunner. The charm in this one’s expressions, I tell you. It’s like he’s posing for pictures, but this is honestly just a sample of the types of pretty expressions he makes on a regular basis. Definitely had me suckered in from the start.
